I ordered this from Boroux after looking around for a while, mostly because I had already had way too much coffee that morning and was in one of those moods to just finally get something done. The assembly instructions were surprisingly easy to follow, and everything was laid out clearly enough that I wasn’t sitting there second-guessing every step.

It did take me a little bit of time, but nothing about it was confusing or annoying. The parts actually matched up with the steps, which is not always the case with stuff you have to put together yourself. It all came together fine in the end, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was happy that the replacement filters were easy to find on Boroux and I was able to order what I needed without digging around forever. They were in stock too, which made keeping my system going a lot less annoying. That said, I did kind of feel ignored during the process, like there wasn’t much follow-up or support if I had a question.

I got my boroux mostly because I was sick of swapping out filters all the time. Maybe it’s just me, but changing them every few weeks got old really fast. So far, the filter life has been a lot better than what I was using before.
We use it every day for coffee, cooking, and filling water bottles, and it still seems like it’s going strong. I feel like that’s solid, right? It’s been nice not having to constantly think about replacements, and overall I’m really happy with it.

I picked up a boroux bottle because I really needed something that wouldn’t drip all over my work bag. I’m usually rushing around, so my bottle ends up getting shoved in there however it fit.

So far, it’s been working good. I’ve thrown it in sideways a few times and it don’t leak at all. The cap feel secure, but it’s still easy enough to open without fighting with it.
I’m only giving it 4 stars because I haven’t had it for that long yet, so I can’t really say how it’ll hold up over time. But for right now, I’m happy with it

The water comes out quickly for us, so... no complaints there. It does what we need without making us stand around waiting

I had a quick question about my order and their team got back to me fast. I did have to send one follow-up, but they were helpful once they replied and got things sorted. Overall, I’d recommend them if you’re looking for decent support and a smooth experience.

I didn’t realize how much that weird tap taste was bothering me until it was gone. The water just tastes cleaner now, like I keep grabbing a glass and thinking, okay wow, this is way better. Even my kids noticed it, which surprised me because they usually don’t care about stuff like that.

I’m a bit picky about my drinking water, especially when it comes to fluoride, so I was hoping this would make a difference. To me, the water tastes cleaner and fresher now, and I feel better knowing it’s helping reduce fluoride. I’m happy with it so far.

Ordered from boroux.com i judged it the second I saw the box. It looked clean, wasn’t beat up, and everything inside was wrapped up tight. Nothing was crushed, leaking, or loose, so yeah, first impression was solid. Happy with how it showed up.

The filter does its job fine, but I kind of assumed it would be easier to keep up with based on how these things usually work. After a bit, I noticed the same spots start getting buildup quickly, so cleaning it turns into more of a routine than I expected. The instructions also could’ve been clearer, because I found myself guessing a little. It’s not terrible, just more maintenance than I was hoping for.

I wasn’t totally sure how priming the Boroux filters was going to go, and I expected it to be kind of a hassle. But it ended up being easier than I thought. The steps were straightforward, and it worked on the first try. It did take a little bit of time, and I had to pause once or twice to make sure I was doing it right, but nothing was really confusing. After that, the water started flowing well. I’m giving 4 stars because the instructions could maybe be a little clearer, but overall it was a easy setup.

I had a problem with my bottle, so I reached out to Boroux about the warranty — i was expecting it to be a hassle. But they got back to me quickly and sent over what I needed without making it complicated. Really appreciated how easy they made the whole thing

The filter works well. Our tap water doesn’t smell as much anymore, and it tastes kinda way better now.

I got this because our tap water had that weird chlorine and metal smell, and it was making me not want to drink it. After I set it up, the smell dropped off a lot, so the water started tasting much cleaner too.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the first rinse took longer than I thought it would. But once that was done, it worked like I hoped, and now we don’t have that stinky tap water issue anymore.

I had a harder time setting this up than I thought I would. A few of the steps weren’t totally clear, so I kept having to go back and double-check little things, like whether I’d missed a setting or clicked the wrong option. It looks simple once it’s done, and it does work now, but getting there was a bit frustrating.

I was browsing boroux.com the site looks nice, but some of the info felt a bit “unclear” to me. I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out the product details and what was actually included.
Maybe it’s easier if you already know the brand, but as someone visiting for the first time, I felt a little “unsure” and ended up leaving with a few questions...

I’ve been using the spigot for a bit now, and so far it’s doing exactly what I hoped. I haven’t noticed any leaks, and the pour is smooth every time. To me, it feels like a solid little upgrade
